Your enquiries

Forms store your name, email, telephone, vehicle, message and relevant preferences, such as a test drive date or finance deposit. Part exchange enquiries include registration and mileage. We use these to respond to your request and take steps you request before a possible purchase.

Separate optional permission is requested for email marketing. You can withdraw it by contacting the team.

Finance applications and optional documents

Finance applications also include date of birth, current and previous address details, residential status, employment, income, housing costs and your confirmation. We use these details to prepare and review the application you request. Optional identity, bank statement and income documents are stored privately and linked to that application. Upload only documents relevant to your request; do not send passwords, PINs or unrelated personal information. No credit search is carried out by this website.

A secure, essential cookie links your browser to your application and permits uploads for 48 hours. Uploaded documents have no public download link. Any lender sharing and credit checks will be explained before proceeding.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database on Cloudflare infrastructure and accessed by authorised website operators. A lender’s privacy notice and application process will apply if you proceed with finance. Do not enter bank details, identity documents or sensitive financial information in messages.

External services and device storage

WhatsApp, Google Maps and social links open external services with their own privacy notices. WhatsApp links include the vehicle and enquiry reference; you decide whether to send. Your shortlist is stored on your device. Contact details you enter are reused across enquiry forms in the same browser tab using session storage; use Clear saved details in an enquiry form to remove them. Form consent choices, identity documents and financial details are not included in this contact autofill. This site loads no optional advertising or analytics trackers. Basic server logs and a daily one-way hash of your connection address help prevent spam.

You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Records should be reviewed regularly and deleted when no longer needed for enquiries or required record keeping.
